What counts as proof?
A photo, taken in the app inside your window. On goals like waking up you can turn on item check, where Lokt names one thing from your own home and you photograph that instead.
What if I can't make it that day?
Cancel before the window opens and you get everything back, no questions and no mark against you. Once the window is open, the only way out is to do it.
How fast do refunds land?
The refund starts as soon as your proof clears, and lands in your UPI within 24 hours.
Can I make money on Lokt?
No, and that's deliberate. There is no opponent and nothing extra to collect. The most that can ever come back to you is exactly what you put in.
What happens to the money I lose?
90% goes to the charity you chose before you started. Lokt keeps 10% to run the service.
